Lumenta Studio (“the app”) is a private application developed and operated by Mohammed Nadeem, United Arab Emirates. It is not offered to the public. These terms apply to anyone who uses it.
YouTube
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
Your channels and content
- Only connect YouTube channels you own or are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for the content published through the app and for following YouTube's Community Guidelines and policies.
- The app publishes nothing without your approval.
Privacy
How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
