Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Lumenta Studio (“the app”) handles information. The app is a private application developed and operated by Mohammed Nadeem, United Arab Emirates (“we”), used only for YouTube channels its owner manages.

YouTube API Services

The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Information we access and collect

When a YouTube channel is connected with Google sign-in, the app requests these permissions:

• youtube.readonly: the channel's details, its videos, playlists and their metadata.
• yt-analytics.readonly: the channel's YouTube Analytics and Reporting data.
• youtube.upload: to upload videos to that channel.
• youtube.force-ssl: to manage that channel's videos, captions, thumbnails and comments.

The app may also read public YouTube information, such as public video titles and statistics. It does not access any channel that has not been connected by its owner, and it does not collect information about viewers beyond the aggregated statistics YouTube Analytics provides.

How we use information

Only to operate the connected channel for its owner: to show the channel's data to its owner, and to upload and manage videos, captions, thumbnails and comments on that channel at the owner's request. We do not sell information or use it for advertising.

How information is processed and shared

• Stored locally. Data is stored on the owner's own computer. Google sign-in tokens are kept in the operating system's secure credential store. There is no Lumenta Studio server.
• Service providers. Some data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf (Anthropic and Google), only as needed to provide the app's features.
• No other sharing. Data is not shared with anyone else, except when required by law.

Third-party content and advertising

The app does not show advertisements and does not allow third parties to serve content or advertisements in it.

Cookies and device data

The app does not use cookies or tracking technology and does not collect information from your device. This website does not use cookies or analytics.

Retention and deletion

• Data obtained from YouTube API Services is refreshed or deleted within 30 days of being stored, as YouTube's developer policies require.
• Disconnecting a channel in the app deletes its stored tokens and its stored YouTube data.
• You can revoke the app's access at any time from Google's security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. After access is revoked, any stored data from that account is deleted within 30 days.
